If it is your normal practice to exercise you should continue to do so while you're pregnant, but at a less intense level, move your exercise indoors when it is hot outside. If you really must exercise outside then do it in the morning or evening when it is cooler. Exercising during the heat of the day may cause your core body temperature to reach dangerous levels and this is not good. If you get too hot, it could have an adverse affect on your growing baby.

Don't be afraid to say no to anything you don't want to do. If you are too tired to keep a movie date, it's okay to skip it. You need to make sure that you are taking care of your body the best that you can, and everyone who is close to you will respect this.

Investing in comfortable shoes when you're pregnant is a must, as it will definitely help you. You will be walking around with a lot of extra weight that your body is not used to, and it will take its toll on your feet. You will find they will start to swell, and you need shoes that are non-restrictive to over come this.
