Little Castle Gliders Have Something for Everybody

By Bianca L. Quijada

I want to share my tale about how Little Castle Gliders made our house a castle. Our lives are getting busier all the time, and the ease that Little Castle Gliders provide us and our children is wonderful.

Little Castle has so many styles and fabrics from which to choose that we didn't even consider going anywhere else. They are so well made that we easily discerned that we were making the best furniture investment possible.

Our family room was the perfect place for the Little Castle Chair and a Half. They called it a Chair and a Half because it is a chair and a half. I wanted it so our daughter could snuggle with me while I'm feeding or rocking the baby. It is a lovely, soft fabric glider with gentle action. Sometimes we just sit and glide in it; sometimes I read to the three year-old as the baby is being fed. It has an extremely comfortable back, and a reversible seat cushion. The cushions are constructed of breakdown-resistant materials and will last a very long time.

After the den, we purchased gliders for the bedrooms. We bought two Little Castle Buckingham gliders for the retreat end of our bedroom and situated them looking out at the trees. Those chairs do everything - swivel, recline, and glide! Like several of their styles, it has a reversible back cushion as well as reversible seat cushion. What I like is that they are not hard to get out of like many recliners and gliders. They even have The Chateau, with a special taut, firm back for excellent support. I wanted the Cottage model for the baby's room with its light butter and lavender-grey kaleidoscope figures and traditional flared arms. This model allows me to relax and nap while holding the baby, or to feed him and rock him to sleep, and it's a piece of cake to get out of because it also swivels. Our daughter adored these chairs so much when she saw them that we purchased the Royal Kids model for her room. Kids always want to mimic Mommy and Daddy, so she sits in her chair and talks to her dolls. The kids' chairs neither tilt back nor glide, so there are no moving parts to worry about little fingers getting into.

When we re-do our living room in Danish Modern like we want to, we will likely buy the Little Castle Monaco Gliders, and by then, the baby will be ready for his own Little Castle chair. Free shipping is one of the big perks in purchasing from the Oopsie Daisy site.
